Cadets, you all are to update your nominal roles again as some of you keep changing your information and did not inform us.
You all have to type it in Microsoft Word (Arial, 12) by Monday, 29 August 2011, 2359 hours.

Here is the update for the following training.

Date: 19th August 2011 (Friday)
Reporting Time: 1400 hours SHARP!
Ravens D/I: Syafiqah
Merganser D/I: Sabira
Dismissal Time: 1730 hours
Reporting Attire: Mufti (for Ravens ONLY), FULL Red Cross UNIFORM (For Mergansers)

Things to bring:
1. Water Bottle (For non-Muslim)
2. Personal Medication (important!)
3. Notebooks
4. Files
5. Writing Materials
6. Red Cross Fund of $0.50 if yet to pay
7. Mufti (for Mergansers)

Things to note:
1. Mergansers, next friday is your Bronze and Silver Footdrill ACCRED. Please recap all your footdrill and make sure your uniform is up to standard as UI marks will be included.

2. If any of you cadets can't come for trainings, INFORM US BEFOREHAND.

3. Ravens, your journal topic for this week is "Do you prefer Outdoor Activities, Footdrill, Casualty Evacuation or First Aid? And why?" If we have yet to return your notebook, please write it on a piece of paper! You must send in your journals by Wednesday, 17th August 2011.

Hey Cadets!

It's National Day today, HAPPY 46TH BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!!



Have you guys watched the NDP just now? We have cadets from our sec 2s in the marching contingent just now! Good job to those cadets! (:
Do you guys see the spectacular parade? And the coordinated footdrill during the parade? Yes that's how we hope your footdrill can be! Or better (:

So, special question for today, to be written in your journals would be, "How do you think you, being in the Red Cross Society, can help in serving Singapore?" (minimum of 100 words)

Besides that, we apologize to the secondary 1 cadets for no proper debrief last week, the question for the previous week would be, "What do you think is the importance of commitment, punctuality and discipline in Red Cross?" (minimum of 100 words)

Alright, moving on to training details~

There will be training for ALL Secondary 2s and all FDC cadets (including reserves) on 11 August 2011 -Thursday.
Please be ready at the Red Cross Room by 1430h sharp. Attire will be PE attire or with any Red Cross based shirt. Dismissal time is estimated to be around 1800h.

There will be normal training on 12 August 2011 -Friday.
Reporting Time: 1400h
Dismissal Time: 1700h (for Secondary 1 cadets), and estimated 1815h (for all Secondary 2 and 3 cadets)
Attire: Mufti for Secondary 1 cadets,
and Full Red Cross Uniform for all Secondary 2 Cadets
Things to bring:
1) Water Bottles (for non-Muslims)
2) Personal medication (if any)
3) Notebooks
4) Writing Materials
5) $0.50 (For those who have yet to pay)

Things to note:
-Please ensure that your attire is neat and proper be it in mufti or in uniform.
-Please report on time, do not be late.
-For Secondary 2 cadets, it is a MUST to report in your Full Red Cross Uniform. Please ensure that you have all your uniform accessories and that your uniform is in full perfect condition. UI will be conducted. And you need not bring your mufti.

Please remember what we have said during the previous training about the impression we create to the others in the school, be it through drills or attitude.
By this Friday, we hope to see better attitude from you guys, with better drills and response.
Please remember to respect your NCOs as well! We do not wish to see any form of rudeness or disrespect to us this week onwards.
