Hey my dear cadets! As you all know the Standard First Aid (SFA) test is just around the corner, and so the cadets that will be sitting for SFA should have the first aid notes by now. Here is the link for the first aid notes: http://www.redcross.org.sg/articles/red-cross-youth-subject-manuals-cadets/ Please download and print the first aid notes ( 1.Emergency Action Plan and 2.First Aid Bronze ) by the next training. If you do not have a printer ask your fellow cadet mates to print/photocopy for you. If you do not want to waste paper you may print it in a form of 2 pages on one side of the paper. NO EXCUSES will be accepted if you do not have the notes by the next training. So remember to practice your bandaging on your family and friends! And also, by the next training you guys should have mastered the most important and basic knot which is the Reef Knot. (left over right, right over left) Good luck!
