before we start using it,
i have reasons to name for us to open it up again.
1) since many cadets complain of the RC notice board's inaccessibility
2) its very hard to pass messages thought the Notice board effectively
3) we are going paper-less (save the Earth)
4) to make your life easier!
but please notice that the board is going to be watched carefully,
the tag board is for you to communicate with the rest of the unit!
