Next, for the relay system, this is how it goes. Scrap the old one. Forget about it. It didn't work very well. So read this one carefully.

I will send the message to all ncos except Silvester Sir. This are the ncos who will be calling you, so look at which nco you are under. Means one nco will call all the cadets under them. There's no passing the message for the cadets. Got it?
