Well, This will be the LAST TIME i'm posting here (sob sob) so listen well. Well, hey hope you guys had fun throughout the times when we Herons, were NCOs to you guys! I really hope you guys did!!! Anyways, back to reality, I think i shouted alot during my time as an NCO because of SOME of you naughty naughty kids but oh well, you kids needed it. To all cadets, please behave and treat your new NCOs with ultimate respect. To the naughty kids, you should know who you are -..-
Anyways, throughout these times please think of our shouting and scoldings as a way to show our love and to discipline you guys. If we ever scolded any of you guys without reason, i sincerely apologize on the NCOs behalf. Also, whatever we have taught you, remember it well and do it well.
To my lovely angel cadets, thank you for the fun and loving times i had with you guys. Will miss patting your heads, pinching your cheeks, teasing you, calling you the wrong names ( eg. HaoHao haha) and etc~ XD
Ok, and now for the Sec 3s, many many words of wisdom from your very cool ma'am.
" Do your best to keep up the high standard of discipline for the RCY unit. Lead the cadets well and never let them stray. Bond together and teach the cadets with much enthusiasm. Do things with initiatives. Think of doing the best for your cadets and not just for yourself. Have TEAMWORK in doing anything no matter what. And finally commit yourself in this CCA as the FUTURE of the cadets and PRSSRCY is in YOUR HANDS."
Do your jobs well and cooperate with each other ok. We have faith in you guys! Don't let us down and GOOD LUCK in your NCO debut!
Oh ya, i apologize to the sec1 and 2s for us ex-NCOs not being able to take a UNIT photo with you guys due to time constraint. Booohooooo! ;( Lets keep in touch....i guess (yeah i do not have fb/twitter/blabla) hah so the only way to contact me is through phone. :P
