All sec3s are to complete the bottom part as well . 

Camp Appraisal format :
All to be typed in Arial 12 font .

First page
-Red cross youth logo (in the center)
-Full name and platoon: Sec1s - Dunlins, Sec2s - Falcons, Sec3s - Ravens (bottom right hand corner)

Second page onwards
- 1st day reflection/comments (Min 150 words)
- 2nd day reflection/comments (Min 200 words)
- NCOs appraisal (comments for all NCOs)  (Min 50 words per NCO)
