Cadets,
Remember the reflections we mentioned last training? I am just going to list down the things you are required to include in your reflections.
Please be honest about your thoughts, tell us honestly how you felt about your performance last training. Do you think you were good or do you think you could have done better?
I am sure your seniors did not punish you all for no apparent reason. So what do you think you have done wrong? What did you think you did such that your seniors had to resort to such actions? Were you showing bad attitude? Were you slacking or just refusing to put in some effort in our drills? I know some of you may think that you have done nothing wrongly, but "All for one, One for all". So if you guys don't want to continue receiving punishments, remind your batch mates.
What do you think you can improve on and what do you think you can do to make a difference in Red Cross? Reflect on that, you are not doing this for your seniors (We will be proud yes), you are doing this for your CCA.
Let's put it this way, if we don't make a difference in Red Cross, who will? Why do you think we want to make a difference? Do you want people to always look down on your CCA?
Think about it. Do you want to spend 4/5 years of your secondary school life being looked down by others? I supposed not. So please, do yourself a favour. Do Red Cross Youth a favour. Be proud of your own CCA.
Lastly, I know some of you may not like to be in Red Cross, but since you are already in this CCA, why not just make the best out of it? Are you going to spend your secondary school life in a CCA that you dislike? I'm sure there is at least something that you enjoy about Red Cross. It need not be first aid, foot drills or casualty evacuation etc. It can be something simple just like you like to help others. So tell us one thing you like and one thing you dislike about Red Cross. Be honest. Nobody's going to criticize or discriminate you.
Your reflections must have a min. of 300 words.
You are to hand in by the next training :) And for those who still owe us the previous week's reflections, please do hand in by the next training as well.
